Tom Harter is the OGC Division Technology Officer for Kiewit, one of the largest and most respected construction and engineering organizations in North America. For the past 30 years Mr. Harter has worked with project joint ventures, public and private agencies, technology partners, and industry associations to shape the use of operational technologies on Engineer Procure Construct (EPC) and Design-Build projects. His multi-industry background, understanding of project lifecycle management, experience with different contracting methods and project delivery systems make him an effective strategy leader and valued team member.
