No problem. I understand, many organizations that I have consulted with and worked for use VISIO. While user friendly, it has limitations on how to capture some of the process details or fully utilize BPMN.
If you are using a modeling tool that allows you to put in loop details, that is where I would indicate the time data.
If you are not using a tool that enable loop details, I would use the loop notation, and use a text annotation to indicate that the activity occurs every 5 minutes.
While I wait on your response. I will create a few images using both approaches.
Hey Eric,

Good luck with your move to ARIS.

HEllo,
Thank you for your feedback.
For the time being, I use VISIO professional. The plan is to move to ARIS.
Best regards Eric
Are you using any specific modeling tool?
